What shipping methods are available?

We currently ship within Singapore only. Available shipping options and delivery charges are shown at checkout based on your order.

How long will it take to get my package?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

How do manual payments work?

At checkout, choose a payment method such as PayNow, bank transfer, DBS PayLah!, or GrabPay. After making payment, upload your proof of payment to submit the order.

When will my order be confirmed?

Manual payments are reviewed after submission. Once your payment proof is verified, your order will be confirmed and prepared for fulfilment.
